Diamond Dogs and Cool Cats Pet Services was founded from our lifelong bond with animals and a deep-rooted understanding of their behavior. Growing up in a household with parents who were animal behaviorists created an early passion and natural intuition for working with dogs, cats, and other animals. One of the most memorable experiences was meeting Koko the gorilla, who at the time communicated using over 300 hand symbols, reinforcing a profound respect for animal intelligence and emotional depth.
Over the years, this passion evolved into hands-on professional experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. Formal education through the Dognostics Dog Walking and Pet Behavior Academy strengthened skills in safe handling and behavior awareness. Today, the mission remains simple and heartfelt: providing attentive, knowledgeable, and loving care that helps pets feel secure, happy, and understood.
